• Homework 4: (Due Nov 18) Read the articles Performing a Project Premortem and Post Project Appraisals Pay (i) Describe what a project premortem is and what it hopes to accomplish. How does it differ from standard risk analysis? Have you ever been on a project where doing a premortem would have been beneficial to the success of the project? Describe the situation. (ii) Descibe the post project analysis BP uses and how it has improved the success rate of its projects.

• Homework 2: (Due Sept 23rd) (a) Read the Remote Deposit Capture Project and work on Tasks 1, 2 and 4 in Part 1: Project Integration Management
  (b) Continue learning Microsoft Project in Appendix A pages A.49 - A.65 (Project Cost Management, Baseline Plan, Actual Costs and Actual Times)


• Homework 1: Due Sept 10th
1. Install Microsoft Project from MSDNAA or the CD that comes with the text. Read and do all the exercises in the Appendix from A.1 - A.49
2. Set up your SimProject account and read the Player's Manual. The simulation code we will be using is BBH-KMF6 (Test Run)
