The members of the Scotia News wish to extend their sympathies to the family and friends of Cpl. Nathan Cirillo of Canada’s Argyll and Southerland Highlanders. Cpl. Cirillo who was standing guard at the war memorial in Ottawa was tragically shot and killed by Michael Zehaf-Bibeau, who minutes later attacked the Canadian Parliament as well. Zehaf-Bibeau was fatally shot by Sgt. At Arms Kevin Vickers.
