I am currently an advisor and coach for the Brooklyn College Putnam Club. During the Fall 2025 semester, we will meet on Mondays from 1PM to 2PM in IH-1146 to solve and discuss contest problems. If you have any questions about the club or if you would like to join, please contact me.
We want to be sure that every underrepresented or underserved American student with the talent and the ambition has the opportunity to earn a doctoral degree in a mathematical science.
I am a mentor in the Math Alliance. Please contact me if you are interested in the opportunities available to you through this organization.
My research is centered around the study of billiards in polygonal tables. It connects most directly to geometry and dynamical systems. However, there are connections to many other fields of math, and the concepts involved touch on nearly all topics in the undergraduate curriculum. I would be happy to explore any connections with you that you find particularly interesting!
If you are interested in math and would like to work on unsolved problems outside of your coursework, please contact me for information!
