Welcome! I am a Professor in the Mathematics Department at Brooklyn College of the City University of New York. I arrived here during the Summer of 2007 after 3 years spent as an Assistant Professor at Tufts University. My doctoral work was done at Duke University, as well as at Cornell University and the Institut Mittag-Leffler in Sweden, where I spent time as a visitor. My research is in the field of probability. More specifically, I study predominantly planar (discrete and continuous) models such as random walks and the Schramm-Loewner evolution.
