HARLAN WHATLEY

Harlan Whatley is the producer and director of "The Tartan Apple", a film about the history of Scots and Scottish Amerians in New York City. A member of several of New York City's Scottish associations, Harlan has become the official historian of the St. Andrew's Society of New York.
